Template notice: this policy is a starting point drafted for a small US business and is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it, and update the bracketed details.

SourceEarly ("we", "us") provides permit-triggered lead generation services to cost segregation firms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business (for example website hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship tools), and where required by law.

Where we deliver leads to a client firm, we share business contact information for the purpose of that firm contacting the property owner about their services.

Email communications

We send business-to-business email consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every message identifies us, includes a valid physical address, and provides a way to opt out. If you opt out, we will stop sending you commercial email.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at contact@sourceearlyhq.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
